My real estate journey began in Minnesota in 2002. 

Since then, we have successfully navigated various strategies, including house hacking, 1031 exchanges, rent-to-own contracts, and both long-term and short-term rentals. 

My passion for real estate drives me to help others achieve their own property goals. 

Backed by a Business Computer Management degree and over 20 years of experience driving tech product development and global team leadership, I bring a unique, tech-forward perspective to real estate. 

I look forward to remaining an active participant in the ongoing digital evolution of both corporate and property markets.

Since moving our family to Florida in 2014, we've established deep roots in Madeira Beach. 

Our local investment journey began with purchasing a vacation rental in 2016, and our love for the community inspired us to become local residents. 

As a local, I know firsthand what makes this a great area for both vacationers and residents.
